Sefer Center grieves over the untimely death of prof. Boris Elkin, president of the East Ukrainian (Kharkov) branch of the International Solomon University, our long-time colleague and partner, who has contributed greatly for promotion of Jewish Studies in Ukraine.

We express our deep condolences to his family, relatives and friends. His works and achievements will serve for the future generations.
