To our opinion (and many experts and professionals shares our view) the following extract from the Conclusion is is crusial :
"...Comission's position is that using the Vdovin-Barsenkov learnbook for the educational process is unappropriate provided its faults and mistakes are not corrected and deleted" (unofficial translation be Sefer).

We are back to the issue of scandalous learnbook written by MSU Faculty of History professors A.Vdovon and A.Barsenkov. The special Expert Commission of the facultee has made its conclusion on the learnbook and we are pleased to publish it.
