Victoria Mochalova, Center Sefer Director, took part in the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) General Council Session (Kiev, September 5-6, 2010).

She informed the participants about Center's activities in 2009-2010 and presented EAJC President Alexander Mashkevich with Sefer latest editions.
