The Sefer Center with the support of AVI-CHAI Foundation and Genesis Philanthropy Group is to hold the XVIth International Youth Conference on Jewish Studies in Moscow on 4-6 of July 2011. The participants invited are young scientists, students and postgraduates (up to 35) specialize in different fields of Jewish Studies. The program will include the following sections: Anti-Semitism and the Holocaust, Social Theory in Jewish studies, Jewish literature; Jewish thought, Jewish art and cultural heritage, Jews in Modern Times, Jewish history in XX century, Hebrew Bible, Contemporary Israel, Judaism and Jewish history in the Second Temple period and Late Antiquity, Ethnography, Judeo-Christian relations, Jews and their neighbors, Jewish languages.
